Geraldton & Districts Kennel Club is holding conformation shows on the following dates in 2026.
Judges will be announced closer to the dates.

24th October 2024: Championship Shows x 2 (All Breeds)
& Championship Charity Show (All Breeds)
25th October 2024: Championship Show (All Breeds)

Show Facilities
General Information
Please ensure all areas are kept rubbish free. A skip bin is provided.
Doggy droppings must be removed immediately. Bags are provided at multiple points around the grounds.
All gates and marked thoroughfares to be kept clear - no exceptions.
Camping
Tents:
No roping off before 10am Friday - any items left prior will be removed.
Generators must be outside the fence.
Generators must not be used between 10pm and 6am.
Additional tents can be placed in the second paddock.

GCEC Area - This is the horse area - be mindful this is also a public area, so secure your belongings and report any misuse of the ablution areas.
Hall Area - secure your belongings.
Please Note: While we have some powered sites in both Hall & GCEC Areas, we cannot guarentee that you will get one.
Conformation Show Training
Geraldton & Districts Kennel Club holds Conformation Show handling classes for both novice and experienced handlers.
All pure-breed conformation show exhibitors are welcome. Training is suitable for dogs and puppies of any age.
It is recommended that all new dogs attend 8 weeks of basic obedience training prior to commencing show training. This helps to build a bond with your dog and improves their focus around distractions.
Show handling classes are usually held on Saturday afternoons but these aare not ongoing due to a shortage of trainers. We will update via our Facebook page.
